Dandelion is the bright yellow version of the Nintendo Game Boy Color. Part of the standard CGB-001 colour range, its vivid opaque shell is one of the most recognisable finishes offered for Nintendo's colour handheld. Beneath the different casing it is mechanically identical to the other standard Game Boy Color models, combining a 160 × 144 colour TFT display with support for Game Boy Color software and backwards compatibility with most original Game Boy cartridges.
