Berry is the reddish-pink colourway of the Nintendo Game Boy Color and one of the six standard colours associated with the original CGB-001 range. Its opaque shell gives the console a bold finish while retaining the same hardware found across the standard Game Boy Color lineup. The Berry model features Nintendo's colour TFT display, support for Game Boy Color cartridges and backwards compatibility with most original Game Boy games, all in the compact two-AA-battery design introduced in 1998.
